The Missing Piece
I have been on a journey these last few months,
A journey within myself,
A voyage to search the innermost part of my heart.
There seemed to be a missing piece of the puzzle that composed me.
So I’ve searched each secret place
Where no one has ever seen.
I asked the Lord to cleanse my heart
And fill it with His love,
Then, place the missing piece back where it was supposed to be,
For that missing piece, you see, was the most important part.
So He did just what I asked,
And now Christ is the center of my heart.
For you see, He was the missing piece of me.
He will do the same for you, my friend.
If only you will ask Him to.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right Spirit within me.

Let God help you find what is missing in your life.
Father, I trust You to help me discover things missing in my life. In Jesus’ name, amen.
